Midterm Student Award

In the fall semester of 2016, our teachers have nominated many students for their academic and artistic achievements as well as moral character. The lists of names under each award category are long. We want to especially recognize the following students:

The Excellence Award

The FTAA Award for Student Excellence honors students who have best demonstrated their integration of academic excellence with other aspects of their lives, which may include leadership, campus involvement, athletics, career achievement, community service or creative and performing arts.

Julia Tianyu Zhu, 8th grade, Music Track

The Leadership Award

This award honors students who demonstrate a desire to help others realize their potential while exhibiting positive attitudes and continued self-improvement. These students make positive contributions to our campus and the community while motivating others to do so as well.

This award recognizes students who have demonstrated ethical decision-making and sound moral judgment, as well as who foster and encourage similar actions from others.

This award honors students who have made a personal choice to change or who have overcome personal obstacles in their lives.
